Return

Products can be returned within 90 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

Products need to have invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. It will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by xado.co.uk. Please note that, it may take a certain amount of days to receive the credit, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
