Compressors
Problem. All installations
designed for raising gas pressure need operate reliability of all
units.

service life of various compressors irrespective of their design by

Oil pumps and
hydraulic motors
Problem. While operation of
oil pumps, designed for transporting of working fluid, and of
hydraulic motors, which convert working fluid current energy into
mechanic energy of output shaft rotary motion, often occurs an
excessive leakage of working fluid which results in 15% loss of
efficiency.
Solution. XADO-technology
treatment made in standard mode of operation will result in
restoration of oil pump and hydraulic motor.

Bearings of all
types

Industrial
reducers

decrease.

Machine tools
Problem. Loss in accuracy of
the machine tool and worsening of parts' surface quality while

Solution. You should
recondition spindle units, gear-boxes, feed mechanisms and guides by
corresponding XADO-compounds. Through application of XADO-technology,
machining accuracy is renewed, noise and vibration levels are
reduced.

Forming and
expansion rolls
Problem. Wear of the working
surface of bearing supports including those with forced cooling
(lower accuracy and operation quality of the mechanisms).
Solution. If the bearing
supports are less than 70% worn and there are no mechanical
damages of the separate parts, treat them by XADO-compounds
that may restore and harden the wearing surfaces, decrease friction
coefficient in the contact areas, increase wear resistance while
operation under high temperatures.

optimization of gaps and restoration of wearing surfaces up

in friction areas up to 750 kg/mm2;

conditions of high temperatures up to 400oÑ and 2-5

Open tooth and
chain gears
Problem. Wear of rubbing
surfaces of the teeth of tooth gears, sprockets and chains.
Solution. After treatment of
working surfaces of rubbing parts by XADO-greases (including
special frostproof ones) You may prolong service life of the gear,
stop wear, reduce noise and vibration while operation of the gears.

Formers of
different configuration

forming accuracy is very essential for all types of forming systems.

increase wear resistance of the working surface of formers and

long time.
